I came across one article in new channel about how South-african commandos helped Mumbai Hotel guests survive during terror attacks. Most of the guests were Indians - this highlights one issue; why is the fire-drill or emergency-drill is not taught in schools.
Infact emergency drill must be mandatory in all school, given that we are living in a very dangerous world. USA, UK & India must introduce the drill at very early stage of life. Say fire, flood, earthquakes and terror must be dealt with seriousness. Many life's are lost every moment due to fire or inhale of fire smoke. Kids must be taught to lie on floor first and use towel to cover their nose & mouth plus crawl towards doors or windows. Same carries for facing terror attacks, though for flood & earthquake may be a different procedure.
Why is education ministers sitting idle busy with poking other ministries. Start early to face the truth of life and how to survive life.
